How to join an activity?

When an activity is available for online booking, you can click the 'Apply' button and fill in your application. If the activity is a tour, you must fill in your genuine personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Will anyone contact me if I successfully join an activity?

You will be informed by email when we receive your application and when the application is confirmed/rejected. If the activity is a tour, you may contact the coordinator designated to the tour if you have further inquiries. We will also send you the tour details approximately 8 weeks before departure.

What are Mask Points and what should I do with them?

Mask Points are e-tokens used for joining activities. You can earn Mask Points by writing Trip Reviews. Learn more about the Mask Points System here.

I don’t have enough points, what should I do?

You can always earn more Mask Points by sharing your travel experiences in a Trip Review. For every posted entry (with photo), you will be rewarded with a set amount of points. You will get additional points if your entry gets more popular on our site and also Facebook. For more details, please refer to the Mask Points System.

My Trip Review was rejected. Why?

Every Trip Review entry must include at least one photo. Please take note that harassing, bullying and racism will cause a review to be rejected. Furthermore discrimination based on religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation or identity is not permitted. Violent content, pornography and content that promotes illegal activity or the sale of regulated goods and services (like alcohol and tobacco) is not allowed in any entries or comments. If your entry contains any of the above, you will need to amend it before resubmitting.
